Terms and Conditions: Non-Refundable Programs, Annual Membership, & No Chargeback Policy

By purchasing and enrolling in any program offered by Speak Your Way to Cash® LLC, I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Policy – Applies to All Programs

I acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, without exception.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Pitch Your Way to Cash® Academy

• The Pitch Your Way to Cash® Membership

• Any variation or version of the above

• Any other program, product, live event, training, coaching, or course sold by Speak Your Way to Cash® LLC, including purchases made at Speak Your Way to Cash® Live

Regardless of whether the program is paid in full or via payment plan, and regardless of the payment method used (PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Due to the immediate access to digital content, intellectual property, and program benefits, I understand that I waive any rights to refunds, returns, or cancellations under applicable law governing digital and coaching services.

2. Annual Membership Terms

If I have enrolled in the Pitch Your Way to Cash® Membership or Academy on an annual basis, I understand:

• My membership begins upon purchase, and continues for a full 12-month term.

• I am financially committed to the full annual payment, regardless of participation level.

• I may choose not to renew after the 12-month term by emailing hello@speakyourwaytocash.com at least 30 days before the next annual renewal date.

3. No Chargeback Policy

I agree that I will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through PayPal, Klarna, my bank, or any credit card company.

If I attempt to bypass this agreement via a chargeback:

• My access to all Speak Your Way to Cash® programs will be revoked immediately.

• I will be considered in breach of contract.

• Speak Your Way to Cash® LLC reserves the right to pursue full legal action, collections, and recovery of all funds owed, including administrative and legal fees.

4. Payment Authorization

By completing any purchase through the Pitch Your Way to Cash® Academy page or Speak Your Way to Cash® platforms, I authorize Speak Your Way to Cash® LLC to charge my selected payment method as agreed upon at checkout.

I am responsible for ensuring my payment method remains active and up to date. Missed payments may result in loss of access to program content.

Final Notice:

If you’re not ready to commit, don’t enroll. Once you purchase, you're agreeing to no refunds, no chargebacks, and no exceptions. We’re here to serve action-takers, not second-guessers.
